WELCOME RECEPTION
Date: Wednesday 2 September 2020 | 18.00-19.00 hrs.
Registration fee: free of charge but for catering purposes registration is required
Venue: CCIB Banquet hall
The welcome reception will take place in the Banquet Hall of the congress centre, from 18.00-19.00 hrs. From 17.30 hrs. preregistration starts also in the congress centre, so take the opportunity to pick-up your materials followed by a drink and chat with your colleagues and take the opportunity to have a look at the beautiful beaches from Barcelona!

POSTER RECEPTION
Date: Thursday 3 September 2020 | 16.40-17.40 hrs.
Registration fee: free of charge but for catering purposes registration is required
The poster reception will take place from 16.40 to 17.40 hours in the exhibition area of the congress centre. During the reception you have the opportunity to view the posters and to ask questions to the poster presenters. Food and beverages will be served.

CONGRESS EVENING AND DANCE PARTY
Date: Friday 4 September 2020 | 20.00-22.30 hrs. aperitif and seated dinner followed by the dance party from 22.30-01.00 hrs.
Registration fee: € 70.00 - € 45.00 (this reduced fee only applies if you registered as resident/intern/student),€ 15.00 for the dance party only
Venue: Museu Maritim de Barecelona
The congress evening and dance party will take place at the Museu Maritim de Barecelona.
The Museu Marítim (Maritime Museum) is certainly one of the most interesting sights in Barcelona. In line with the theme, the museum is housed in the former shipyards of Drassane. The museum is located on the southern edge of the old town and at the end of the Rambla, and has an extensive collection of ships and boats and a large exhibition on the construction of medieval sailing ships.
The evening will start at 20.00 hrs. The aperitif will be served in the gardens in front of the museum and afterwards at 20.30 hrs there will be a seated dinner in the museum.
The dance party will start at 22.30 hrs and the evening will last till 01.00 hrs. During the dance party you can also stay in and enjoy theatmosphere and talk with
your friends and colleagues!

The farewell drink will be organised for all delegates in the Foyer of the Congress Centre. Small local snacks and drinks will be served.
