HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register for the Congress please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration.

REGISTATION FEES
Since we wanted to make the congress more widely accessible, as it will be virtual this year, the decision has been taken to equalize the prices for members and non-mebers. Please note this is only applicable for this years online congress!

The registration fee for all participants includes
- Admission to all sessions (following the live stream or Video on Demand)
- Admission to the recordings of all sessions (available asap after the congress for 4 weeks)
- Digital certificate of attendance
- Online access to the proceedings hosted via VIN
- Access to the poster presentations
- Access to the virtual exhibition area
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance can be downloaded after submission of the online evaluation which will be requested to fill in after the congress. You will receive an invitation via the email after the congress.
ONLINE PROCEEDINGS
The online proceedings will be available 2 weeks before the congress. You will receive a personal login code to access the proceedings. You can download the manuscripts, orals and posters etc. and save them on your computer or print them.
PAYMENTS
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment or paypal only. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the online registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are not possible for the online congress, once registered, no refund will be done upon cancellation.
