COVID-19
Due to the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak, the ECVIM congress organizing committee has made the difficult decision to cancel the traditional format of the ECVIM-CA Congress, planned to take place in Barcelona, and make the 30th ECVIM-CA Congress online. The congress takes place from Wednesday 2 - Saturday 5 September 2020.
The programme has streams of lectures of canine and feline medicine organised by special interest societies, such as comparative gastroenterology, hepatology, nephrology and urology, oncology, internal medicine, cardiology and clinical pathology. There are also oral and poster abstract sessions, again organised by the specialist societies, an educational stream, masterclasses and medical labs.
After the presentations there is time for questions and answers.
All presentations in the different streams will be recorded and accessible after the congress. Recordings are only available for registered participants asap after the congress for the duration of 4 weeks.
So if you miss some presentations or you cannot attend the online congress during the congress days you will be able to re-watch them at your own time. Please note this will only be possible for delegates who registered for the online congress. Further details will be communicated to you in due time.
Video on Demand (during the congress days) is also available for all participants, i.e. if you start later than the actual programme started you can see all lectures from the beginning of the day.
Registration fee for all registered participants includes: admission to all sessions, digital certificate of attendance, online acces to the proceedings hosted via VIN, access to the recorded lectures after the congress, access to the virtual exhibition area.
