HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register for the Congress please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration.

ROYAL CANIN YOUNG VET REGISTRATION
Royal Canin is once again kindly sponsoring the Free Registration of 30 young European veterinarians.
The selectrion criteria are as followed:
- You are younger than 35 years and not board certified. Please note that if you are a diplomate or older than 35 years, you are not eligible for the free registration offered by Royal Canin.
If you are a diplomate or older than 35 years you can register for the congress via the general registration module. - There will be a maximum of 3 young vets selected per country of origin.
- Applicants who did not receive the free registration previously will be prioritized in the selection process.
Please note that it is obliged to pay a deposit of € 150.00. If you are selected for a free registration, and if you finally have attended the congress, you will be refunded 3-4 weeks after the congress. If you are not selected for a free registration, you will be refunded immediately.
Applying for the Royal Canin young vet registration is no longer possible.

Please note that all registration fees and social events are including 21% Spanish VAT. This year there is a price difference between early, regular and late/onsite registrations.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
A certificate of attendance can be downloaded after submission of the online evaluation which will be requested to fill in after the congress. You will receive an invitation via the email after the congress.
ONLINE PROCEEDINGS
Participants will have WIFI access onsite in the congress centre. This will enable you to read the proceedings of the congress (manuscripts from invited speakers, oral and poster abstracts) online during the congress and make your own notes. The online proceedings will be available 2 weeks before the congress. You will receive a personal login code to access the proceedings. You can download the manuscripts, orals and posters etc. and save them on your computer or print them.
As the Executive Committee of the congress thinks of the environment and wants to create a "Green" congress, a printed proceedings book will no longer be available. Please note that there won't be any printing facilities onsite to make print outs of the online proceedings.

PAYMENTS
Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the online registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Cancellation till the 1st of April, no costs
Cancellation from or on the 1st of April up to the 1st of June, 50,00 € cancellation costs
Cancellation from or on 1st of June up to 1st of July 200,00 € cancellation costs
Cancellation from or on 1st of July or no show, no refunds will be made.
PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
During conferences organized by PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation it is possible that photos and/or videos are made. These photos and/or videos can be used for or on publicly accessible websites for illustration purposes and/or to give form to the website(s) related to PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation and/or for or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, leaflets, advertising and/or social media related to PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation. You are entitled at any time to object to this processing of personal data by sending a statement to that effect to PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation. PCO / Stichting ECVIM-CA Congress Foundation will, where reasonably possible, erase the personal data and, if this is not possible, cease further use of the personal data.
